DAY4 营地-垭口-接待站-理县-成都
8:30左右天河路地铁站集合出发。途经“熊猫之乡”的卧龙自然保护区，沿着蜿蜒的盘山公路，翻越巴郎山，经过猫鼻梁。最终将抵达四姑娘山镇，时间有空余的话，下午可自由活动。
8: Gather at Tianhe Road subway station around 30 and depart. Passing through the Wolong Nature Reserve, known as the "hometown of pandas", following the winding mountain road, crossing the Balang Mountain, and passing by the bridge of the cat's nose. We will eventually arrive at Siguniangshan Town. If you have free time, you can freely move around in the afternoon.
8.30左右吃过早餐后搭乘观光车进入长坪沟，从喇嘛寺开始徒步，长坪沟是一条绵延29公里的峡谷。约13.00左右到达木骡子营地，在四姑娘山幺妹峰的脚下，可欣赏到雪山风景
Around 8:30, after breakfast, take a sightseeing bus into Changpinggou and start hiking from the Lama Temple. Changpinggou is a canyon that stretches for 29 kilometers. Around 1:00 pm, arrive at the Wooden Mule Camp. At the foot of Yaojie Peak on Mount Siguniang, you can enjoy the scenery of the snow capped mountains
早餐过后离开木骡子轻装向长坪沟尾徒步，经水打坝，乌龟石，羊满台，抵达叉子沟尾宿营。 抵达叉子沟尾宿营地后，有充足的时间安顿下来，享受周围的风景，等待一场属于你的日落和星空。
After breakfast, leave the wooden mule and walk lightly towards Changping Gou Wei, passing through the water dam, black turtle stones, and sheep filled platform, and arrive at Fork Gou Wei for camping. After arriving at the fork ditch tail camping site, there is ample time to settle down, enjoy the surrounding scenery, and wait for a sunset and starry sky that belongs to you.
凌晨3点从营地到垭口大约6公里，大约4-6小时，段路非常陡峭，需要倍加小心，后面坡度稍缓一些。 在经过一个大平台之后就能看到叉子沟尾垭口。 翻越垭口，一路下坡，来到毕棚沟内的磐羊湖，到达毕棚沟的大路，途径白龙瀑布，卓玛湖，就来到上海子接待站，坐上车离开毕棚沟，然后乘车返回成都。
At 3am, it takes about 4-6 hours to travel from the campsite to the pass, which is about 6 kilometers away. The road is very steep and requires extra caution, with a slightly gentler slope at the back. After passing through a large platform, you can see the fork ditch tail pass. Crossing the mountain pass, descending all the way to Panyang Lake in Bipenggou, reaching the main road of Bipenggou, passing through Bailong Waterfall and Zhuoma Lake, and then arriving at the Shanghai Zi Reception Station, taking a car to leave Bipenggou, and then taking a car back to Chengdu.
