DAY2 民宿-老药山-虎跳峡镇民宿
DAY3 民宿-虎跳峡-香格里拉市区
DAY4 市区-阿布吉措-香格里拉
下午13.30集合前往虎跳峡镇入住，大约车程3小时左右，沿途可欣赏虎跳峡的震撼，大约17点左右达到虎跳峡镇入住民宿休整，18-19点左右享受欢迎晚餐。
Gather at 13:30 in the afternoon and head to Hutiaoxia Town to check in. It takes about 3 hours by car, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery of Hutiaoxia along the way. Around 17:00, arrive at Hutiaoxia Town and check into a homestay for rest. Enjoy a welcome dinner around 18-19:00.
虎跳峡镇民宿开始徒步 早上8点起床，吃完早餐约9点开始从民宿开始徒步，到老药山徒步路口，体验老药山的风景，徒步结束返回民宿休整
The homestay in Tiger Leaping Gorge Town starts hiking at 8am. After breakfast, we start hiking from the homestay around 9am and reach the intersection of Laoyao Mountain to experience the scenery. After the hike, we return to the homestay for rest and recuperation
早上8点起床，吃完早餐约9点开始从民宿前往虎跳峡高路徒步入口，徒步结束坐车回香格里拉市区 （虎跳峡镇民宿一茶马客栈一Halfway中途客栈一Tina's -一线天一听涛渡咖啡厅-一张老师客栈一坐车去香格里拉市区）下午19:00左右到达香格里拉市区
Wake up at 8am, finish breakfast and start walking from the homestay to the entrance of Tiger Leaping Gorge High Road at around 9am. After the hike, take a car back to Shangri La city (Tiger Leaping Gorge Town homestay, Tea Horse Inn, Halfway Inn, Tina's - Yixiantian Tingdao Taodu Cafe - Teacher Zhang Inn - take a car to Shangri La city). Arrive at Shangri La city around 19:00 in the afternoon
早上7点起床，吃完早餐约8点前往阿布吉措新线徒步入口（洗脸盆垭口停车场-一号牧场一二号牧场一三号牧场一阿布吉措大垭口 -阿布吉措天湖，原路返回洗脸盆垭口停车场-香格里拉市区）下午18:00 到达香格里拉市区
Wake up at 7am, have breakfast and head to the new hiking entrance of the Abujicuo Line at around 8am (Wash Basin Pass Parking Lot - No.1 Ranch, No.1 Ranch, No.2 Ranch, No.13 Ranch - Abujicuo Daya Pass - Abujicuo Tianhu, return to Wash Basin Pass Parking Lot - Shangri La City). Arrive in Shangri La City at 6pm in the afternoon
