13.30集合前往虎跳峡镇入住，大约车程3小时左右
17:00左右 达到虎跳峡镇入住民宿休整
18-19点左右享受欢迎晚餐
DAY2
虎跳峡高路开始徒步（不选择的虎跳峡的请忽略）
8:00左右 起床吃早饭
9:00左右 开始从民宿开始徒步，从虎跳峡高路开始徒步，约14公里，体验虎跳峡的震撼，徒步结束返回民宿休整
餐食：当天早晚餐（晚餐营地吃，讲究的自行带点加餐）
DAY3
民宿-阿布吉措-民宿
08:00 起床，准备徒步提供早餐
9点开始从民宿坐中专车前往阿布吉措（28公里）徒步起点,结束后返回民宿休整
DAY4
民宿-老药山-丽江
早上8点起床，吃完早餐
9点开始从民宿坐中专车前往老药山（7公里）徒步起点，体验云南雪山与草甸的惊艳。结束后乘车返回丽江。
