09:30 左右 在成都天河路地铁站集合 具体时间会提前在群里通知
14:00 左右 到达目的地，晚上吃当地牦牛火锅,开会讲解注意事项,献哈达,拍合照
DAY2
02:00 左右 起床,提供早餐,准备登山
03:00 左右 到达徒步起点,开始攀登
13:00 左右 返回向导家,休息整理 每个人体力不一样,登山下撤时间不一样
20:00 左右（正常情况下）到达成都天河路地铁站
